Awesome little one stop shop that appears to be a convenience store with a Marathon gas station attached from the outside, but once inside you'll find a small grocery and liquor store. I was impressed with the quality of the fresh produce and the variety of grocery offerings. Those living south of Jackson are fortunate to have this store nearby, and if you're traveling I'm certain you'll find what you need here.

One of the best gas stations we stopped at during our recent cross country road trip. Gas prices were similar to other places in the area. They had a nice selection of food and drinks. We got some really good bakery and coffee. I also saw something here I've never seen before. I have seen gas station cats and dogs, but this place had chickens hanging out by the entrance. They were definitely entertaining!

I thought I invented "sloshie" during Covid - I had one or two of those frozen alcohol and fruit concoctions in my freezer that whole Covid summer. Now fast forward two summers - I stopped at Hoback Market to grab some snacks and what do I find? I'm not the sloshie master - they are! Imagine my delight when I walked in to see over a dozen slushie machines filled with a wide array of alcoholic sloshies! It took my friend and I a ridiculously long time to decide which one we wanted. I do admit, we took little sips of a couple of flavors before we committed. We both ended up choosing the raspberry lemonade. It was perfect - sweet, fruity and definitely not shy with the vodka. Besides finding out that I wasn't the sloshie queen that I thought I was, I also found out that you can get a gas station sandwich that is pretty good! We both picked up cold sandwiches which we planned on eating as we rode. We each split them with our husbands - they were huge and stuffed so full of meat that both of us ended up pulling some off. Now I wouldn't go to the Houback Market just to get one of those sandwiches, but In a pinch, it served the purpose well. We had to pass back by the market on our way home. Funny how it happened - our car swung right into the parking lot all by itself. We felt obligated to get a sloshie for the way back.

Liquor slushies is all you need. Recommend a mudslide and the hot springs down the road
